SUBTOPICS!

Front page kinda cluttered, can you lump things into sub-cats....like say all the different brands into "metal detector brands", then have each a sub cat in that? Would clean up home page, make it a little easier to navigate.

I'm trying to do that now. But the people that made the program didn't take into account that people that had never made a forum would be using it...LOL thanks Jim good luck hunting

That's why I went with the SMF forum software, yes this one looks better than mine...SMF looks a little plain jane, but it's reasonably stable up to about 10,000 users. My hosting will crap out before SMF does.

The SMF admin interface is a little easier and the templates aren't too difficult to edit directly, but you still have know a little html to get it done.

In the end, when you get the hang of this one, it'll look great. I was just thinking as it grows that main page is going to get harder and harder to navigate.

You KNOW the homepage looks better, don't need me to say so

I know it's always a work in progress, but this change breaks up the list, makes it much easier to know where you're at.
