Hot peroxide

When using this method how hot should the peroxide be? or is this not important?

I use an electric Pot pori burner(one with a candle underneath will work fine also).The trick ive found is to keep the peroxide warm to hot and this keeps it fizzing.Change the peroxide every few hours. Trying to heat in the Nuke and then soak didnt work too well.Need that steady over time heat for best results.
